  Hi Jenni,
  I'm like so many – great ideas – don't know the next step and afraid to try even if I did! I have access to equity but the property is negative geared and p/loans, credit card debts etc combined with the shortfall mean a constant juggle every month – missing payments on occasion etc.I worry about the impact on the credit rating and it's all getting very discouraging.Now your kind sharing of information gives me a glimmer of hope.

  Hi Jennie,
  Thanks for preparing Project Earn It, and making it availabel to us. The information in it was very general and aimed at those who have never bought investment real estate. I guess I am listening to it after attending the Boot Camp on the Gold Coast in August last year, and with some property history behind me, so it didn't strike a chord for me ………but would be ideal for novices.
  I would love your permission to forward it to my nephew.

  Hi Jennie,

  i have completed your project earn it and you made realize some things
  i havent been big on goal setting but i have started too really write down my why
   
  i know it (my why) but i had not written it down 
  i think the rewards big or small is very important,  
  thankyou for providing this

  Hi Jennie,
  I have just completed Project Earn It and found it was very helpful in reinforcing and complementing the material covered in Bootcamp and the teleconference.
  I have been able to save time by rejecting a poor deal that I now see I  was spending too much time on and move forwards to better deal. I enjoyed the format of this presentation.

  Thanks for this, I'm finally getting on to Project Earn It and the goal setting part – I've gone back to my dreambook and started sticking pictures in it again, in the process of making it a daily habit to flick through it and focus on what I want. Intend to complete Project Earn It by the end of the Easter break.
