Goods & Services Offered by Jennie Brown Events

We offer three types of goods and services via this website to help our customers make money investing in property, the first are Educational Products that are shipped out to you. The second is live Seminars where we teach you in a group how to invest in property and the third is one on one coaching and Mentoring where we work with you personally to help you achieve the results you want from your Property Investing.

Shipping

Shipping is included in orders unless otherwise noted, at which time costs will be explained.  For shipping internationally to countries other than Australia please contact our office for a quote.  All orders should be shipped within two (2) days of ordering and arrive within ten (10) working days.  If this cannot be undertaken, you will be notified by email.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All products have a 100% money back guarantee unless stated otherwise. If you are not satisfied with any product or service please contact us via email on jennie@JennieBrown.com.au or by phone on 1300 980 772 (Australia).

Currency & Export

All our pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and there are no Export restrictions in place on our products. You should make yourself aware of any and all charges and legality related to importing our products to your country of domicile.

Customer Service Policy

Jennie Brown Events is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
